Account Deletion Policy

1. Overview

At Rojgar Booth, we believe that you should have complete control over your account. This Account Deletion Policy explains the process, implications, and timeline for deleting your Rojgar Booth account.

2. Consequences of Account Deletion

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Please review the following consequences carefully before proceeding:

  • Loss of Profile: Your user profile, including ratings, reviews, and completed task history, will be permanently removed.
  • Loss of Earnings: Any pending or unwithdrawn earnings in your Rojgar Booth Wallet will be forfeited upon deletion. You must withdraw all eligible funds before initiating account deletion.
  • Active Tasks: All your active applications or ongoing tasks will be automatically cancelled.
  • Irreversibility: Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a brand new account if you wish to use Rojgar Booth in the future.

3. Step-by-Step Deletion Process

To delete your account via the Rojgar Booth application:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Settings menu from your profile dashboard.
  3. Tap on Account Management and select Delete Account.
  4. Read the warning prompt and confirm your decision by entering your password or OTP.

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@rojgarbooth.com from your registered email address.

4. Retention of Information

Even after your account is deleted, we may retain certain data for a limited period as required by law, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Inactive Accounts

Rojgar Booth reserves the right to automatically delete accounts that have been completely inactive (no logins, no task completions) for a continuous period of 24 months. We will send warning emails to the registered email address prior to taking such action.
