Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: July 14, 2026

1. General Overview

At Rojgar Booth, our primary goal is to ensure a fair and transparent ecosystem for both freelancers (users) and our enterprise partners. Because of the digital and service-based nature of our micro-task platform, our refund policies are strict but designed to protect all parties.

2. For Enterprise Partners (Campaign Creators)

Partners who deposit funds into their Rojgar Booth Partner Wallet to run campaigns are subject to the following rules:

  • Unused Wallet Balance: Partners may request a refund of any unused balance in their Partner Wallet at any time. A processing fee of 5% may apply to cover payment gateway charges.
  • Active Campaigns: Funds allocated to an active campaign cannot be refunded instantly. The campaign must be paused or terminated first. Any unspent allocated funds will be returned to the Partner Wallet and can then be refunded.
  • Disputed Leads: If a partner finds that a lead or task completion is fraudulent, they must raise a dispute within 48 hours of the task submission. If the dispute is resolved in the partner's favor, the funds for that specific task will be credited back to the Partner Wallet.
  • Processing Time: Approved partner refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. For Freelancers (Task Doers)

Freelancers earn money by completing tasks. Therefore, the concept of a "refund" generally does not apply to freelancers, but the following financial rules do:

  • Wallet Withdrawals: Once tasks are approved, earnings are credited to the Freelancer Wallet. Withdrawals from the wallet to a bank account or UPI are final and cannot be reversed or refunded to the wallet.
  • Task Rejection: If a submitted task is rejected by the system or the partner due to non-compliance with the instructions, no payout will be credited. There are no "refunds" for time spent on rejected tasks.
  • Account Bans: If a freelancer's account is permanently banned due to fraud, using bots, or violating our Terms of Service, all pending funds in the wallet may be forfeited to compensate the affected partners.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If an enterprise partner initiates a chargeback with their bank or credit card company for funds that have already been used to pay freelancers, Rojgar Booth will vigorously dispute the chargeback and immediately suspend the partner's account pending investigation.

5. Force Majeure

Rojgar Booth is not liable for refunds in cases where service delivery is affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server host failures, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
